The Flagstaff Rotary Club and the Northern Arizona Alzheimer's & Dementia Alliance (NAZADA) invite you to our upcoming Charity Golf Tournament. This exciting event brings together community leaders, local businesses, golfers, and supporters for a day of friendly competition while raising critical funds to benefit individuals and families affected by Alzheimer's and dementia throughout Northern Arizona.
Get ready for a day of fun, philanthropy, and friendly competition! NAZADA is raising funds for respite services supporting families affected by Alzheimer's and Dementia in our community.

Ticket Details
Golf registration includes: Green Fees, Golf Cart(s), Continental Breakfast, followed by an award ceremony.
Pre-Registration is required. Registration deadline is October 2, 2026.
Individual Fee: $275/person
Foursome Fee: $1,100

Why Your Participation Matters
Respite services provide much-needed breaks for caregivers, allowing them time to take care of themselves, attend family functions, enjoy vacations, and more. These breaks are essential for their well-being while ensuring their loved ones continue to receive the care they need. Our goal is to provide respite services in the amount of 1,680 respite hours, helping make a significant difference in caregiver lives. Proceeds from this event will go directly to providing these crucial services, offering caregivers the support they need and deserve.
